I Can't Believe It's 2008!
I truly hope everyone enjoyed their time off and that you have a desire to get rolling on our personal development program.
The You Are A CEO program is designed to teach you the executive life skills many are missing. It also covers organizational skills I have found to be priceless.
You will improve your life once you understand you and get organized from the inside out.
Please contact us if you need help or motivation to get going and again welcome to the program.
Warmly,
Julie Parker

Happy New Year!
Dear CEO's in Executive Club 3,
I hope you have enjoyed all of your time off and hopefully you were able to listen to some of the Cd's and DVDs from the program during your holidays.
We are anxious to hear how you are all doing and to get you rolling on a journey that changed my life tremendously.
I was a business owner and successful but my personal life was a wreck. I over worked because nothing else but food seemed to satisfy me.
This program taught me executive lifeskills which helped me to improve my career because I could now be a team player and build relationships by effective communication and positive relationship skills. These relationships helped curb my eating and guess what I started to see the need to care for me and shape up.
I would like to know why you want to learn this program and why you are hoping to achieve.
My goals are to organize my household, improve my health and happiness and strengthen my career by becoming more productive at work using the organization DVDs.
We want to hear from you.

The Learning is In The Doing...
The You Are a CEO program was designed in a way that you would have a three phase approach to the learning. First you will hear the audio CD or watch a DVD to introduce yourself to the program. Then you will read your handouts which reinforces the topic and gives you time to consider how this can be applied to your life. Then the blogging or exercises that are done seal the deal because the learning is in the doing. When you actually do a project or task you implement...then it becomes a part of you.
The Organize Your Life section was really beneficial for me. I learned to organize my life which make work and life easier. It feels good just to have things in order and of course any business office will be judged by customers when it is unorganized and messy. There is so much personal satisfaction when I sit down at my desk each day and there is no clutter.
My desk top is clean and everything is organized. My in basket holds new work, my out basket holds work that is going out and my work in progress basket holds what I am presently working on. My file drawers store items I may need at a later date for reference. To maintain my work area I take time each week to throw away things I don't use and then on a regular basis we conduct S.A.F.E.-T. days where the whole office makes sure we are all implementing the principles of the You Are a CEO program. Oh and we even has a monitor who checks us out... I love it and you will too!

Take it from me, I was a heart attack waiting to happen and I have learned so much from the You Are a CEO program that not only did I reduced my personal stress but I actually developed a life I care about enough to start improving my health and if I can do it anyone can.
So start today and be diligent in your learning because as you become the CEO of your life you will start living a healthy life. Make a Contract With Yourself
Sometimes we just don't have the willpower and or discipline to get jobs done. I struggle with that and so what I do is I make contracts with myself and I use the power of organization to help myself get stuff done.
The first tool I learned is to make lists. Write down the things you need to do.
Then after you know what needs to be done then you can make a schedule and plan for when you can get the task done. There are many tools you can use and I have a template that I post with days and times that is color coded.
Then you make it fool proof...for me I set a reminder in Outlook and about 15 minutes before I should start the task a reminder beeps my Blackberry and it also pops up on my computer: "You need to Take Your Test, Get Tires on the Car, Work on a Project.
When I finish the goal then I delete it and I feel a sense of accomplishment that makes me feel good about getting stuff done.
I have lists for personal stuff, shopping stuff, weight loss stuff and work stuff. I am developing school stuff because I plan to go back to school in a few weeks.
Anyway for those of you in Club 3 you should be well into your program:
We should see that you have listened to the Introduction CD and the Executive Audio Book Series on Personal Awareness, Positive Thinking, Positive Relationships and Discipline. You should have posted a blog for each topic and commented on someone else's blog. There is so much learning in sharing and reading others posts.
After that you will proceed to the Organize Your Life Series and this will really help you get more from life and your time.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I have and lets chat soon.

Goal Setting Class
Hi CEO's
The Blog has been very quiet. I know with the holiday's everyone is busy so don't worry we understand...
It was great to see some of you at the "Goal Setting" workshop. I really enjoyed it and I think it was impactful.
I found myself writing down my goals and making sure that the short term goals were in line with the long term goals.
Well, just checking in... Have a Great Weekend.

I Am Not Going To Ask You To Work
I know your in Holiday mode... Turkey, Dressing and Cranberry Sauce is all that is on your brain.
Me too.
I had a wonderful time this Thanksgiving because I love spending time with my friends and family but I did miss all of you.
I made the Mac and Cheese or as my friend I/E says "Cheese and Macaroni" it was so good but I am sure at least 1000 calories per serving (ha ha ha). Lets just say it was super cheesy!
I use industrial cream, butter and tons of cheese so that when you are making 10 lbs of Macaroni it wont be dry and it will stay creamy even after 1 or 2 days in the fridge.
The secret to my sauce is shush "hot sauce". I use both red Crystal Hot Sauce and Green Tabasco in my cheese sauce to make it spicy and then I add some Velveeta and the special secret is "Hickory Farms" Smokey Log Cheese. Yum.
Anyway I hope you had a Super Stellar CEO Thanksgiving and I want to hear all of your stories...and if by chance you want to share anything slightly related to You Are A CEO Club I am all ears.
Happy Thanksgiving

Phase 2 - How Positive are you? It starts in the mind, what type of thought run through your mind during the course of the day and do you have the tools to filter the good from the not so good?
Phase 3 -Are the people around you making deposits or withdrawals, positive or negative to your life? and if there negative, do you know how to properly with tact and integrity end the relationship on a positive note?
Phase 4 - What the world needs now is DISCIPLINE!! Did you know that there is more than one type of discipline?
Once you've gone through these phases, let us know your thoughts.
We're anxiously awaiting to hear your feedback.

Knock Knock
Just checking in on you. The audio books are easy to listen to if you put them on your IPOD or in your car. You can also listen to them before you get ready for bed when you are relaxed and winding down.
I put mind on my IPOD and listened to them over and over. I got something new each time. After I was totally absorbed in The Audio Books I went over the DVD's.
So take some time, if you have not already and listen to those audio books. I am so glad I did.
Enjoy

OPEN YOUR MIND, TAKE A DEEP BREATH & LET GO
Good evening fellow CEO members,
On behalf of the CEO Program Team, we would like to say congratulations!!
This program is not for the average person and because you have decided to take control of YOUR OWN LIFE, you have displayed that you are a CEO.
By now you should've listened to Personal Awareness, let us hear your thoughts.
Wasn't it thought provoking? Did it cause you to say, " I didn't know that about myself", or " No wonder why I keep doing these same old things and getting the same old results, I learned this behavior years ago", or I'm so glad someone has taken the time to help me see me just a little bit more, I've always wanted to change but never had THE RIGHT TOOLS to accomplish my goals. If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are well on your way.
This program is the BEST personal development tool that anyone could ever take part in and once you completed the program, we're confident that you'll tell your friends, family, co-workers, everyone you know that you CARE about and that you know want to change.
YOU HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER.
Open your mind, take a deep breath, and get ready to be FREE.
